Are you struggling to pay for telephone or broadband internet services? There are assistance programs that may be able to help. Keep reading to learn more about these programs and how to sign up!

Lifeline & Link Up

Lifeline is a government benefit program that provides monthly discounts on ONE telephone or broadband service for eligible low-income consumers. Link Up reduces the cost of new telephone service to eligible residents of Tribal lands at their principal place of residence.

Is your household income at or below 135 percent of federal poverty guidelines? Do you receive benefits from other qualifying programs? If so, you might be eligible for Lifeline or Link Up.

Affordable Connectivity Program

The Affordable Connectivity Program is a new benefit that provides a monthly discount on broadband internet services.

You could qualify for the ACP benefit if you have a household income at or below 200 percent of the federal poverty guidelines. You could also be eligible if you receive benefits from one of the qualifying programs, which includes Lifeline.
