TEMPORARY TELEPHONE SERVICE TECHNICIAN (CABLE LOCATOR)
Temporary Telephone Service Technician will perform cable locating and PMP (Preventative Maintenance Program) work associated with the maintenance of outside plant facilities.
NETWORK SERVICES TECHNICIAN II
The NSTII performs required work in connection with the installation, repair, servicing, and testing of all types of central office, radio carrier and related equipment. Installs, modifies and makes repairs to system hardware and software by performing the following duties as assigned by Network Services Supervisor.
This position will remain open until filled.

North Plains Utility Contracting (NPUC) is a utility construction company located in Devils Lake, ND and owned by NDTC (Devils Lake), Dakota Central (Carrington), United Communications (Langdon), and Polar Communications (Park River). NPUC performs much of the underground construction for its owner companies as well as other utility companies in the area.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (NPUC)
Directs all activities of the Construction company directly or through subordinate workers. Determines objectives, establishes operating procedures, and ensures the success of the organization within guidelines and authority established by the board of directors. Ensures that all operations comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
