CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - BUSINESS OFFICE

Customer Service Representatives (CSR) serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing customers. The CSR assists customers with billing inquiries, new service requests, trouble tickets, repair requests, disconnects, and special deposits. Completes paperwork for service applications and disconnects. Investigates credit references of new customers and performs collection functions on delinquent accounts. Sells and promotes services of the company while dealing with new and existing customers. The hours for this position are 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

NETWORK SERVICE TECHNICIAN II

The NSTII performs required work in connection with the installation, repair, servicing, and testing of all types of central office, radio carrier– and related equipment. Installs, modifies and makes repairs to system hardware and software by performing the following duties as assigned by Network Services Supervisor.

Telephone Service Technicians will perform required work in connection with the construction, maintenance, operation, and servicing of telephone lines, IPTV, instruments, and related equipment, including Key Systems, PBX, broadband, wireless, satellite, security and surveillance cameras, and locating and splicing fiber optic and copper cable. Reporting location for this position is Rugby, assigned department and supervisor are subject to company needs determined by management.
