How the Program Works
Getting started is easy. We’ve designed a clear process to ensure both you and the person you refer receive your credits without any hassle.

- Provide Your Name: When the person you referred signs up for a new service, they must provide your full name at the time of activation. This is essential for us to track the referral correctly.
- Credit Redemption: To ensure the new account is established, the referred customer must keep their services active for 60 days after installation and maintain a current account status.
- Receive Your Credit: Once these conditions are met, the bill credits will be applied to both your account and the new customer’s account within 60 to 90 days of their service activation.
Program Terms and Conditions
To ensure the program is fair and transparent for everyone, please keep the following guidelines in mind:
- Who is a new customer? A referral must be a new NDTC customer, which includes businesses or residences within our service area. A new customer is defined as someone who has not had service with NDTC in the past two years. Current customers changing their services are not eligible.
- Self-referrals are not permitted. You cannot refer yourself.
- Combining offers: Referred customers can combine their $50 referral credit with other current NDTC promotions.
- Unlimited referrals: There is no cap on the number of referrals you can make. Feel free to refer as many people as you want.
