To Activate This Feature:

1. Listen for dial tone, then dial *95.

2. You will get 2 short tones, then dial tone.

3. Enter your PIN.

4. 2 short tones indicate the line is blocked.

5. If the service is already activated, you will get a fast busy.

6. Once activated, you must deactivate this service.

7. If you dial long distance while it is activated, you will get a fast busy.

To Deactivate This Feature:

1. Listen for dial tone, then dial *961.

2. You will get 2 short tones, then dial tone.

3. Enter your PIN.

4. 2 short tones indicate that the service has been deactivated.

5. If the service is already deactivated, you will get a fast busy.

6. You can now call long distance calls.
