Customer Originated Trace

To activate this service, immediately pick up the phone and touch: *57 (Rotary phones dial 1157).

Listen for a confirmation message indicating that your trace was successful.

The number of the last call you received will be recorded by the law enforcement agency. Please keep a note of the times and dates in which you receive a confirmation message indicating that a trace has successfully been performed.

If your call cannot be traced, please contact your local telephone company for additional information. Contact the local law enforcement agency to handle the annoyance call problem.

There is a fee for each successful trace. This service should only be used to trace life threatening calls or calls which are of a harassing nature in which you may want to press charges.
